Reports
Flight recording in our system is extremely flexible. You can record flight movements on both computers and tablets, and the intuitive strip system makes it easy to enter data manually. The night mode ensures that the system can be used optimally even in low light conditions. Flight plans can be transferred directly into the system, opened and closed. Potential flight movements are already displayed in the 5-mile zone, allowing you to prepare in advance. Parking spaces can be quickly assigned and individual functions easily managed. The system also offers flexible reporting options that can be adapted to the requirements of the state aviation authority and the Federal Statistical Office. These reports can be created and exported at the touch of a button.

Integration of various petrol station manufacturers
-
Recording of refuelling processes via tablet or smartphone
-
Electronic warehouse and inventory management at 15°C
-
Documentation of energy tax-exempt deliveries
-
Automatic creation of relevant customs declarations (EMCS)
-
Remote fuel terminal approvals for customers without a fuel chip
The tank management system offers seamless integration of various fuel terminal manufacturers such as Dohmann, Hectronic, Maul and eN-Tank. This enables you to automatically record and monitor refuelling processes via the system. Recording can be done on the move using tablets or smartphones, so that refuelling processes can also be documented directly from the tanker. Electronic warehouse and inventory management is carried out at 15°C, which ensures the accuracy of inventory data.
In addition, the system enables the documentation of energy tax-exempt deliveries, and all relevant customs declarations (such as 1161 and 1152) are automatically created. For bonded warehouses, the system offers an electronic customs warehouse ledger that is fully digital and replaces paper-based documents. The customs warehouse ledger has been checked and approved by customs, ensuring legal security and traceability.
Customers who do not have a fuel chip or fuel card can be served via remote release, and alternatively they can independently activate the petrol station via the aerops app.

Automatic opening and closing of flight plans in the system
The system is connected to the EUROCONTROL and German air traffic control networks and receives flight plan data and follow-up messages in real time. This ensures that all flight plans are always up to date, and you can immediately identify special features such as missing border clearances or other important information. The system allows you to open and close flight plans, while the preview of potential flight movements in the 5-mile zone gives you a constant overview of upcoming flight activities. Calendar view of all requests (can also be integrated into website via IFrame)
-
Transparent communication history
-
Customised creation of PPR and service forms
-
Customisable incoming, confirmation and rejection emails
-
Automatic confirmation of requests
-

-
SMS confirmation for approved requests
You can easily integrate your PPR and contact forms into your website using an iFrame. You will find the code for this directly next to the respective form – simply copy and paste it and you are ready to receive requests. As soon as a pilot sends a registration via the form, you will receive a notification at your registered e-mail address. You can accept or reject the request. The pilot will be informed accordingly by SMS, push notification and email.
Forms can be individually created and customised, including incoming, confirmation and rejection emails. There is the option of an automatic confirmation for approved requests, and approved requests can also be provided with a payment link. You also benefit from a transparent communication history that makes all interactions traceable.
All requests are clearly displayed in a calendar that you can not only view but also manually add to. This calendar can also be integrated into your website via iFrame. In addition, you will receive SMS notifications and can set up automated rejections or confirmations, e.g. for times when no landings are allowed.

Aircraft database
-
Comprehensive aerops aircraft database with thousands of verified entries
-
Aircraft are submitted by customers and undergo a verification process
-
Manual data entry by support teams after successful verification
-
Documents required for confirmation: noise certificate, maximum take-off weight (MTOW), noise certification and noise level
-
If documents are missing, standard values are used in accordance with ICAO guidelines
Our aerops aircraft database contains thousands of verified aircraft that have been submitted by customers and undergone a careful verification process. Our support team enters the data manually, but only if all the required documents are available, such as the noise certificate, maximum take-off weight (MTOW), noise certification and noise level. If these documents are missing, we use standardised values in accordance with ICAO guidelines.
In addition to the technical aircraft data, individual rules can be defined for each aircraft and additional documents such as customs permits can be stored. Recurring services, such as monthly hangar rental, can also be easily managed.
If you use our AMS (Airport Management System) to its full extent, you can also independently create and manage aircraft. Each aircraft you enter will be released globally after a verification process and published in our aerops database. This means you always have full control over your fleet and can manage additional data and documents in an efficient and user-friendly way.
The administration of customer and aircraft master data is clear and structured. You can store your customers' addresses, contact details and bank details in the system. Documents such as customs permits, rental contracts or other important papers can be saved for each customer. Individual rules, such as fee structures, discounts or parking space assignments, can be defined for each aircraft.
The system also provides access to the aerops verified aircraft database, giving you access to up-to-date and accurate aircraft information at all times. If you have special requirements, you can add and manage local aircraft data.
In addition, the management of SEPA data enables the automated processing of direct debits. The system generates a PAIN.008 file in ISO 20022 format, which you can upload to your bank. The bank then collects the corresponding amounts directly from your debtors' accounts.
The system allows you to send invoices directly via your existing e-mail client. The sending is automated and scheduled individually for each debtor, minimising the risk of your e-mail address being marked as spam. The system makes it particularly easy to bill debtors on a monthly basis. In addition, all invoices and documents are sent directly to the customers securely and reliably. If a customer has an aerops account, invoices and delivery notes are automatically transmitted digitally.
All data entered into the system can be easily exported into CSV or Excel formats, making it easier to process in other systems. The data export is designed so that you can create and export individual reports or data sets that precisely meet your requirements. In addition, the system is available in over 10 languages and can be switched to the user's preferred language at any time. This makes it an internationally usable solution that can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of different markets
