Manage customer groups, discounts and individual rules centrally

Customers can be assigned to freely definable groups such as flying clubs, flight schools, charter companies, authorities or regular customers. Discounts and special terms can be stored for an entire customer group, an individual customer or a specific aircraft.

Free rules and internal notes document individual agreements directly in the record. The preferred language for emails and invoice generation is also preset so that communication is produced automatically in the correct language.

Assign customers, operators and aircraft reliably

A customer can be linked to one or more aircraft, owners and operators. During service recording, aerops immediately identifies which invoice recipient is assigned to an aircraft or transaction.

Different tax cases, invoice addresses and recurring defaults can also be stored by customer or aircraft. Integration with the aerops aircraft database reduces queries and manual corrections.

Register new customers digitally and obtain SEPA mandates

New customers register themselves using a QR code at the airport or an invitation link sent by email. Contact details, billing information and required data are captured in a structured process and can be reviewed before approval.

Electronic SEPA mandates can be obtained directly during registration and assigned to the customer account. Media breaks, handwritten forms and subsequent manual entry are eliminated.

Fleet Account: one customer account for every aerops airport

The Fleet Account is the central online customer account for pilots, operators and flight schools. One login works at every connected aerops airport, regardless of where a service was provided.

Customers can view all unbilled items from every connected airport in real time, download invoices and digital delivery notes, and maintain their own fleets, aircraft, address and billing details.

Inform customers and customer groups selectively

Newsletters and operational information can be sent directly to individual customers or selected customer groups. Fee changes, operational notices, events or new services can therefore be communicated to the appropriate recipients.

The stored language and centrally maintained contact details ensure that the right message reaches the right contact. Separate distribution lists and duplicate data maintenance are avoided.

Prepare monthly consolidated invoices automatically

All outstanding services for a customer are collected over the required billing period. Landing fees, parking times, fuel, handling and other services can be consolidated by customer and aircraft into one monthly invoice.

Individual terms, tax cases and language settings flow automatically into aerops airport invoicing. This shortens month-end processing and prevents forgotten or duplicate invoice items.

Analyze revenue, unbilled services and customer development

Dashboards show revenue, unbilled services and the development of individual customers or customer groups. Operators identify important customer relationships, recurring services and changes in usage more quickly.

Filters by period, customer, group or aircraft provide a reliable basis for sales, cash-flow planning and follow-up. The results complement aerops airport statistics with a commercial customer perspective.
