New design sets for the dashboard

The new design sets bring a breath of fresh air to the dashboard. With split-screen functionality and the ability to display advertisements as well as local weather information, you create a true airport atmosphere.

Reminder function for flight capture

The flight capture in the strip reminds you to open or close accidentally forgotten flight plans after landing or takeoff. This ensures a smooth process.

Enhanced features in the duty log

You can now append entries to existing entries in the duty log, simplifying documentation and increasing clarity.

Customer checkout display

The new checkout display allows for a separate monitor, iPad, or mini-PC to be used to share the cash transaction. Customers can enter their data themselves, simplifying the process and reducing errors. Additionally, advertisements are displayed during inactivity.

Optimization of monthly billing

The monthly billing has been optimized so that loading and excluding invoices is faster and more efficient.

Create and send quotes

You can now create quotes directly, send them, and easily convert them into invoices. This saves time and improves workflow.

Support for holidays

Support for holidays has been implemented to facilitate your planning.

aeroPS Enterprise now supports ZVT card terminals. Payments can now be initiated directly from aeroPS at the card terminal, significantly simplifying the process. The payment amount is automatically transmitted to the terminal, increasing efficiency and avoiding manual entries. Additionally, the customer and payment receipt are directly displayed on the invoice, providing greater transparency. Payments are automatically recorded and correctly accounted for, optimizing accounting processes and minimizing sources of error.

With the new SEPA LINK, you can provide your customers with a direct link to update their SEPA data. This eliminates the cumbersome paper mandate, significantly simplifying management and saving time. Your customers benefit from an easy way to independently update their data.

Self-registration for customers

Customers can now open a customer account at the airfield using a QR code. In the ‘Customers’ --> ‘Applications’ section, registrations can be converted into a fully-fledged customer account. This enables the rapid capture of customer data, acceptance of the privacy policy, and the digital completion of SEPA mandates.

 

Successful integration tests – iwiation, JETVISION and radio recordings

The integration of camera data, ADS-B data and radio recordings via aeroPS’s external API has been successfully implemented. Tests with iwiation and JETVISION, as well as our own radio monitoring solution, are showing promising results and offer you improved data utilisation. Please get in touch with us

Extended aircraft data

All approximately 390,000 aircraft records have been updated to incorporate RFFS (Rescue and Fire Fighting Services). This information can now be analysed in flight movement reports, thereby providing an improved data basis for your analyses.

 

Integration into displays

The updated data can also be displayed on the arrival and departure screens. This is particularly useful for airport fire services, as it ensures they are always kept up to date with the latest aircraft data.

With immediate effect, in addition to the DATEV posting batch, we now also support export formats for Navision and SAP. This enables seamless integration with your existing accounting software and improves the exchange of financial data.

With the new self-registration feature, airfield customers can now easily open a customer account using a QR code. In doing so, they enter their relevant details, billing address and preferred payment method. If SEPA is selected, the direct debit mandate is pre-filled and can be signed electronically. Once the customer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, they appear in the airport’s application list and can be easily added to the customer database.

The new BETA version for PPR and service requests is now available under the ‘Handling’ menu item. As well as the list view, you can now benefit from a new calendar view. On the details page, flight information is already populated with customer data, and it is possible to generate quotes or invoices directly from the enquiries.

An automatic translation feature for invoices is now available to Enterprise users. You can specify the desired languages under the airfield settings. This allows you to preset the invoice language for customers and also to customise the language individually when issuing invoices. Furthermore, all products in the product menu can be translated fully automatically into the desired language, with the option to make manual adjustments.

New email sending tool

The new email sending tool allows you to create as many mailboxes as you like via SMTP and OAuth, such as with Office 365. Separate templates and forms can be stored for each mailbox, which can be used to send invoices, reminders, delivery notes or PPR enquiries. In addition, a mass mailing function allows you to send targeted notifications to different customer groups.

 

Optimised view of discounts

The discount functions view has been completely revamped to ensure a clearer presentation of individual discounts.

Sales statistics at company and customer level

The new sales statistics provide you with a comprehensive graphical analysis of your company data, sales and top-selling products. At company and customer level, you gain valuable insights that help you make better decisions and optimise your sales strategies.

Changing billing details

It is now possible to make address changes after an invoice has been issued. This increases flexibility and ensures that your invoices are always correct.

 

Performance update for recurring services

Thanks to a change in architecture, we have been able to significantly improve performance for recurring services. This makes processes faster and more efficient.

 

Custom note field in customer details

A new notes field is now available in your customer records. This allows you to customise your customer information and improves clarity.

Petrol station dongles and chip cards can now be synchronised directly from aeroPS back to the DOHMANN dispenser. This new feature enables seamless integration and ensures more efficient management of your refuelling operations.

aeroPS now also supports Luematic dispensers. This expands our range of compatible petrol station manufacturers, which already includes DOHMANN, HECTRONIC, NOVOTEC, MAUL Tank, EN-TANK and MAENNEL Electronic. This expansion enables you to integrate and utilise our petrol station management solutions with even greater flexibility.

New fields in the flight log

On request, various new fields can now be displayed in the flight log configuration. These include, amongst others:

 

- Approach procedures (ILS, NDB, etc.)

- Airport-specific arrival and departure routes

 

These enhancements enable better analysis and adaptation to the specific requirements of your flights.

Comprehensive aircraft park management system

Our new aircraft park management system (hangar management) offers a comprehensive solution for airports. It enables you to manage  park spaces, view current occupancy and utilisation rates, and track parking durations and history.

 

Flexible on-site use

The system enables you to move between hangars directly from the patrol system and conveniently book services such as hangar release, towing and cleaning via the iPad. This optimises workflows and boosts on-site efficiency.
