Important updates on 30 June 26 – 22:00 CET – Announcements for Enterprise customers

Self-registration for customers

Customers can now open a customer account at the airfield using a QR code. In the ‘Customers’ --> ‘Applications’ section, registrations can be converted into a fully-fledged customer account. This enables the rapid capture of customer data, acceptance of the privacy policy, and the digital completion of SEPA mandates.

 

Successful integration tests – iwiation, JETVISION and radio recordings

The integration of camera data, ADS-B data and radio recordings via aeroPS’s external API has been successfully implemented. Tests with iwiation and JETVISION, as well as our own radio monitoring solution, are showing promising results and offer you improved data utilisation. Please get in touch with us

FEATURE

Updating the aircraft database

Extended aircraft data

All approximately 390,000 aircraft records have been updated to incorporate RFFS (Rescue and Fire Fighting Services). This information can now be analysed in flight movement reports, thereby providing an improved data basis for your analyses.

 

Integration into displays

The updated data can also be displayed on the arrival and departure screens. This is particularly useful for airport fire services, as it ensures they are always kept up to date with the latest aircraft data.

New accounting export formats now available

With immediate effect, in addition to the DATEV posting batch, we now also support export formats for Navision and SAP. This enables seamless integration with your existing accounting software and improves the exchange of financial data.

FEATURE

New features in AMS: Customer registration and more

With the new self-registration feature, airfield customers can now easily open a customer account using a QR code. In doing so, they enter their relevant details, billing address and preferred payment method. If SEPA is selected, the direct debit mandate is pre-filled and can be signed electronically. Once the customer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, they appear in the airport’s application list and can be easily added to the customer database.

The new BETA version for PPR and service requests is now available under the ‘Handling’ menu item. As well as the list view, you can now benefit from a new calendar view. On the details page, flight information is already populated with customer data, and it is possible to generate quotes or invoices directly from the enquiries.

FEATURE

New feature: Automatic translation for invoices

An automatic translation feature for invoices is now available to Enterprise users. You can specify the desired languages under the airfield settings. This allows you to preset the invoice language for customers and also to customise the language individually when issuing invoices. Furthermore, all products in the product menu can be translated fully automatically into the desired language, with the option to make manual adjustments.

New email marketing tool and optimised discount view

New email sending tool

The new email sending tool allows you to create as many mailboxes as you like via SMTP and OAuth, such as with Office 365. Separate templates and forms can be stored for each mailbox, which can be used to send invoices, reminders, delivery notes or PPR enquiries. In addition, a mass mailing function allows you to send targeted notifications to different customer groups.

 

Optimised view of discounts

The discount functions view has been completely revamped to ensure a clearer presentation of individual discounts.

It is now possible to make address changes after an invoice has been issued. This increases flexibility and ensures that your invoices are always correct.

A new notes field is now available in your customer records. This allows you to customise your customer information and improves clarity.

New synchronisation with the Dohmann petrol station

Petrol station dongles and chip cards can now be synchronised directly from aeroPS back to the DOHMANN dispenser. This new feature enables seamless integration and ensures more efficient management of your refuelling operations.

This expands our range of compatible petrol station manufacturers, which already includes DOHMANN, HECTRONIC, NOVOTEC, MAUL Tank, EN-TANK and MAENNEL Electronic. This expansion enables you to integrate and utilise our petrol station management solutions with even greater flexibility.

New fields in the flight log

On request, various new fields can now be displayed in the flight log configuration. These include, amongst others:

 

- Approach procedures (ILS, NDB, etc.)

- Airport-specific arrival and departure routes

 

These enhancements enable better analysis and adaptation to the specific requirements of your flights.
