AMS Basic connects pilot self-service with day-to-day airfield administration. Pilots submit their arrival or departure details, pay landing and parking fees, and send PPR, handling or service requests through the aerops app or online. The airport receives structured movement, customer and payment data in one central system.

Smaller and temporarily unattended airfields can handle flight reports, the digital flight log and billing without an on-site cash desk. At larger airports, AMS Basic provides a lightweight payment and communication channel for pilots and can be connected to existing systems through the API.

How do pilots pay their landing fees and how are flights documented when no one is on site?
More and more airfields are considering organizing operations without permanently present air traffic management staff. With AMS Basic, pilots can submit their takeoff and landing reports digitally via the aerops app or a web form.
Flight movements are automatically recorded in the digital flight log, and landing fees can be paid directly in a digital way. This allows airports to maintain full oversight of flight movements at all times, even without a staffed office. <more infos>

Many airfields still work with web forms, Excel lists, PayPal payments, or cash envelopes.
This creates additional effort, as payments must later be manually assigned and recorded in accounting.
With AMS Basic, invoices are generated automatically, and structured accounting exports are created that can be directly imported into external accounting systems.
