We have developed a system where exactly that is possible: Your fee schedule is available on the Internet. For this purpose, we will gladly enter your charges into our software once, so that all pilots can get the information at the push of a button. Once the prices have been set up in our system, you will receive free access and can easily change them yourself if necessary.
This is how it works
Pilots call up your airport via your own airport website,
or the aerops app. The charge calculator is placed there.
Pilots can simply enter their license plate number.
Pilots then simply click on which services they want to use in the menu.
The system then calculates the final price based on your stored prices and displays it transparently to the pilot.
